Hi gang,
I just wanted to announce a new version of Amelia, 1.7.3, that is now
on CRAN. Note that this version now depends on R version 3.0.2 or
higher.
Here are some of the changes and fixes in 1.7.3:
* Fixed bug with overimp not being respected
* Added an argument boot.type='none' to amelia() to allow it to run on
the original, non-bootstrapped data
* Fixed bug in plot.amelia() with matrix inputs
* Fixed bug with lower bounds not being respected
* Made compatible with most recent versions of Rcpp and RcppArmadillo
You can update your version of Amelia using the following command:
install.packages("Amelia", repos = "http://cran.r-project.org")
Please let us know if you have any issues with the new version.
Cheers,
Matt

I would like to calculate imputed values for the cases that are complete in
my data set but I am not sure how to do this.
I do not want thousands of overimputations, just one imputed value for each
complete case in each imputed data set (in the same way as for the missing
cases). How do I do this? I have tried using 'overimp' with the 'amelia'
command but it is not working.
