All variables are proportions, which means that they must be between 0 and 1. I've set "country" as the cross-section variable and "year" as the time-series variable.

However, no matter how i run the Amelia program (with or without bounds, etc.), I keep on getting "NA" for all the missing data.  Not a single value is imputed.

Could it be that there is too much missing data, or is there something wrong with the way I am running the program?
