[cem] Coarsening by explicit user choice

The CEM-documenation says that if you want to create a certain number of equally space bins, say 10, place #10 in parentheses after the variable. However if you have a variable with 10 values (e.g. running from 1 to 10) and you want to match on each value, the argument `variable' (#10) gives you only 9 strata, whereas `variable' (#11) gives you 10 strata.
