[gov2001-l] Re: Robust Standard Errors (fwd) - Gov2001

Hey folks,

Has anyone tried to install the package "car" to calculate robust standard 
errors?  See email below about a correction to the code.  Even after 
making this correction, I get the following message when I try to install 
it in R:

ERROR: cannot write to or create directory '/usr/lib/R/library'

Delete downloaded files (y/N)?

Please let me know if you experienced the same and/or figured out what the 
problem is.

setenv R_LIBS ~/.R/library

without "="
