Can anyone help?
The code for drawing the histograms doesn't work on my mac. I get
this error:
par(mfrow = c(5,5))
for (i in 1:25){
+ hist(mat[,i])
+ }
Error in plot.new() : figure margins too large

Clearly the graphs are to big for the graphics window. par(mfrow=c
(5,5)) does open a quartz graphics window but it's too small. Quartz
seems to be a mac thing - is that right?
Sometimes this kind of code works
quartz(width=10,height=8)
but not always & I can't figure out why
Manually, resizing the quartz window does work but that's kind of
clunky.
In preferences, I've got manually override quartz width / height
parameters checked. Should I be changing this? Or do I always have to
use the quartz
