Hi Sheila, Hi all,
I'm not sure if TeXShop has this same feature, but WinEdt has a menu bar
called "Insert." If you select this, and then scroll down to
"objects,"
and choose "figure," it will automatically insert the shell text, and
you will just need to fill in the name of your file (the R graph that
you saved with a .ps extension).
But the sample code that Holger refers to was also helpful to me.
Hope this helps,
Katy

Hi Sheila,
I don't know TeXShop, but if you look at the sample LaTeX code we
posted on the class website, you'll find code for incorporating
postscript graphs into LaTeX.

Hi All.
I'm trying to produce a plot in Latex using TexShop, a version of WinEdt for
macs.
Could anyone (PC or mac user) direct me in getting started? It seems from
previous emails that I need to save my R graph with a ps extension. Once I do
this, how do I import it into my Tex document?
Thanks,
Sheila
