Hi folks,
If there are people who continue having problems viewing the lectures, will

thanks,

Alonso,
I just checked and the video seems to be working.
This is the first week I believe that password protection has been
activated. I would try logging in again, assuming your registration is set.
If you continue to have problems, click on the "report a problem" button
that is at the bottom on the lecture videos page.
If you want to speak to someone, call (617) 495-4024 Mondays through
Fridays, 9 am to 5 p; call (617) 998-8571 Mondays through Fridays, 5 pm to
midnight.
Hope that helps.

Is anybody else having trouble accessing the
video for lecture #3? I can
watch all the other ones (section and lectures), but not this last one? The
message I get when clicking on the Lecture 3 link is :"You are logged in as
'########' and do not have access to /2010/02/22403/L03. If this is not you,
please log in again."
The HUID number is the correct one for me, so I don't understand why I
wouldn't have access.
Would anyone know who I could contact about this?
Thanks very much,
Alonso
