...Unfortunately, (I just looked at the template) but these commands don't work
for some reason on my computer right now. I'm at work, so I can't do it before
5PM anywhere else. Thus, I am afraid I must bring it in with the figures
attached seperately.

No clue how this can be done. You can use scale,
width, and height as
in
\includegraphics[scale=.8]{fig1.pdf}
to change the size of a fig, but not sure if this works if the fig is
2
pages. In general you may want to consider just
splitting the fig
into
smaller pieces.
