I'm afraid not. Jamie Robins has some work that makes this possible, but
then your analysis model needs to be specially adjusted.
I'd suggest you have a look at Clarify which will take care of the
combination automatically. It doesn't do factor analyses, but you could
implement the same idea, since the combinations work with any statistic or
quantity of interest.
