There might be an error in the error checking in Amelia. Try to add the
following argument to bypass that checking and see if Amelia works: incheck
= FALSE.

There was an unexpected error in the execution of Amelia.
Double check all inputs for errors and take note of the error message:
Error in lm.fit(x, y, offset = offset, singular.ok = singular.ok, ...) :
0 (non-NA) cases
Error in lm.fit(x, y, offset = offset, singular.ok = singular.ok, ...) :
0 (non-NA) cases
