Hi Alexander,
We don't have a built-in way to handle multiple overimputation with
multiple mismeasured variables, but you can handle this by building a
priors matrix and passing it amelia() directly. See section 4.7.2 of the
Amelia manual for more details on how to accomplish this. You might also
find the replication materials from our SMR paper helpful:
