Hi Donald, Amelia does not have an option for imputing interactions currently. You should definitely include interaction terms in your imputation model if you need to (it's in your analysis model or it's an important predictor of missingness). However, if you need to use that variable subsequently, you should replace the imputation of the interaction with the interaction of the imputations. I hope this helps, matt.
