Fellows? work will be grounded in substantial analytical skills and experience. ?Successful candidates will possess strong leadership, practical experience, and the communication skills necessary to help their agency (and others) embrace a culture that will value and utilize data-driven goals and perspectives. In collaboration with four school districts ?Albuquerque, Denver, Los Angeles, and Philadelphia?and one charter management organization (Los Angeles), as well as two states, SDP will be working to promote a culture of data utilization to inform key policy and practice decisions that directly affect student achievement.
