Hi Andrew,
I assume you are trying to use the icon to launch Amelia. An alternative way that might
work (or at least give us some diagnostic information) is to open up R, then run the
following commands:
library(Amelia)
AmeliaView()
This should bring up the AmeliaView GUI. If it doesn't, let us know what the error
message is and we can help.
