[amelia] using bounds and log transform

Hi all, How can I set up Amelia runs so that I get imputations with logical bounds and log transforms? It appears that only the lower bounds were applied during the imputations. Thanks for your suggestions on how I can tell amelia to put in logical bounds and do natural log transforms.
