I suggest following King's model. Put replication information on your
website. (Dataset, scrips, etc.) This way if someone is interested,
they can look at what you have done exactly. (For more info look at Dr.
King's website.)
I guess this leaves the question of justifying MI open.
And now that I think about it, if you are using the GUI you cannot get
scripts. Is there a function in Amelia GUI where you can go back and
look at the scripts it ran? (Or an SPSS like paste function?) Didn't
see anything like that and haven't checked the new versions.
Thinks might be something to consider for future developments.
