Hello,
I have a dataset with some missing values, I used Amelia on this dataset
and ended up with 5 imputed datasets. I calculated the correlation matrix
for each dataset, therefore I have 5 correlation matrices. I would like to
know how to combine these 5 matrices in order to get one final correlation
matrix for my dataset?

Dear all,
I have the same question and I would like to add to the bivariate
correlation matrix: how to create summary statistics tables (mean, max, min
etc) from 5 imputed data sets. I'd be keen to hear experiences, and what
would possibly be acceptable for peer-review.

Hi all,
For most statistics, you can take the average of the imputation-specific
statistics as the multiple imputation estimate of that statistic. The
standard error of these statistics are more complicated and you can find
combination rules for standard errors in the Amelia manual:
